WELCOME TO DOCTOR FACILIER'S VOODOO EMPORIUM!

Facilier is a bokor, a voodoo practitioner capable of both light and dark magic (though he often leans towards the latter, on account of being a Disney Villain). His powers come from the Loa, voodoo spirits and his "Friends on the Other Side". Unable to conjure up his spells for himself, he can only make things happen for others, usually manipulating the spell and the outcome to suit his own needs. He does this through his charismatic sales pitches, and careful use of distraction and illusions, all to gently nudge his client in the direction he wants them to go into while making them believe he's making their dreams come true. If you ever wish for your character to be approached by Facilier for a deal (or, indeed, for them to seek him out themselves) or if you just want him to read your character's cards, then please fill in this form and comment below. When a handshake happens, the deal is done, and there's no backing out of it for either party.

What does your character desire most?
A brief overview on your character's past, present and perhaps even future circumstances. Also their deepest desires:
Leave out anything you DON'T want Facilier to know about your character. He can learn just about anything about a character from his tarot cards. But if you ever don't want him to learn something, I can sure write around that. He currently can only see very brief glimpses, so we can pick and choose via discussion what he actually sees.
What does your character want from Facilier? He can offer up all sorts of charms and potions. Want to see a loved one? He can make a convincing illusion. Very little is out of his reach, and if it is, he'll find a way to make it NOT so. At the moment, these are very fleeting, only lasting a day at most.
What will your character give in return? Nothing comes for free. Could be a favour, money, whatever.
Whatever Facilier offers your character, chances are it will backfire on them in some way. If you have a particular way you want this to happen, let me know here, too:
