[Oh he already knows what she's calling about. That makes sense, since he's a fortune teller and all.]

No, I only took a small sip of it. But I'm a little concerned it didn't work right - well, I mean it did work, I wasn't afraid of anything, but it made me want to do a lot if dangerous things too.

[She catches that. Her fear about not being able to save her friend starts to rise to the surface once again.]

W-well I do want to be brave! I really do! All I want more than anything is to save my friend!

[That sounds fair, she thinks.]

That's...that's very kind of you, Doctor Facilier. Thank you. And I can use the potion I have right now to save Rail later, right?

[Carol shakes off her fear and doubt. It's fine, she has everything she needs to save her friend.

She cheers up.]

...Yes, that's right! We do have to look after each other, don't we? And maybe I'll become brave enough that I won't even need to use it!

[His comment catches her a little off-guard, but she smiles. Of course she'd be happy to help him, after all the trouble he's going through for her.]

I'll certainly try my hardest! Thank you again, Doctor Facilier. I'm in your debt.

[If she only knew just how true that was.]
